Have an early flight to catch? No problem! From 3.30am, our cold Early Bird breakfast is ready, so you can get a cup of coffee and some energy in you before the day takes off.

Our fantastic breakfast buffet, consisting of both hot and cold items, is truly made with love and passion – down to the last detail! Enjoy our homemade granola or our kale shot, packed with energy and vitamins. A great start to the day! On red days, during the summer and around Christmas and New Year, breakfast has different opening hours.
The hotel shop has everything you might have forgotten to pack – from sweets and cerats to razors, tampons, shirts and ties.
The Lobby Bar, located next to the reception, offers tasty salads, snacks and cold drinks – perfect to take back to your room!

Our hotel features an impressive art collection by several well-known artists, most of whom are Scandinavian. We are, of course, very proud of it and are happy to talk about the pieces we have displayed throughout the property. Feel free to ask any of our staff if you’d like to learn more.

Need to park for a longer period? You can safely leave your key and car with us, and we will take care of both while you’re away. We offer several very affordable packages depending on your needs.

We offer room service every day from 18:00 to 22:00. Simply dial extension 591. A service charge of 45 SEK applies.
Of course you are welcome to take your food from the restaurant up to your room at no extra charge.
All of our rooms are non-smoking areas. If you prefer not to go outside, there is a designated smoking room on each floor.
We have safe boxes available at the reception for storing valuables.
We have an addressed fire alarm system throughout the hotel, and we kindly ask you to locate the nearest emergency exit on the evacuation plan inside your room door. If the fire alarm goes off you need to leave your room, please take your key card with you.
A defibrillator is available in our reception area. To reach the police, ambulance, or fire department, dial 0112 on your room phone.
Did you know that it’s only 200 meters from the hotel to the departure hall? Feel free to take a short walk for some fresh air before or after your flight. If you prefer not to walk, or if the weather isn’t on your side, we’ll be happy to arrange transportation – just let us know at the reception.
If you’re arriving at Gothenburg Landvetter Airport and are staying with us, simply give us a call and we’ll pick you up. We offer a free shuttle service with pick-up right outside the terminal, available 24/7. Contact us at +46 31 97 75 50 and select Shuttle service to reach our driver directly.
Shoe polishing machines are available in the stairwells on the 2nd and 3rd floors. If you need additional shoe polishing supplies, please contact the reception (extension 9) and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Need help with washing your clothes? No problem – we’ve got it covered. We do laundry overnight, so clothes must be dropped off before 11:00 PM and you’ll get them back the next day. Please note that we do not offer dry cleaning, and there is a limit to the number of items we can wash.
