Thanks to our strategic location just 200 meters from the airport's departure hall, it’s no wonder we’ve become experts in hosting meetings and conferences. We welcome both Swedish and international guests arriving by plane or car. With only a 20-minute drive from Gothenburg city center and just half an hour from Borås, our hotel is conveniently accessible. As a conference guest, you'll enjoy complimentary parking.

With us, you and your colleagues work efficiently and undisturbed in an inspiring and homely environment. We offer ten modern conference rooms, ranging from our largest at 150 sqm to the smallest at 21 sqm. All rooms have plenty of natural daylight, and our conference packages always include fruit, water, candy, notepads, and pens.
Our largest rooms are perfect for training sessions, with plenty of space for creative walls and close proximity to the restaurant and coffee breaks during intervals. In our lovely conference lobby, you can mingle before and after your meeting, or during breaks. The lobby is located near our largest rooms and right next to our outdoor terrace.
Our digital meeting system makes it easy to participate via video remotely and is compatible with Teams. You log in with your own account. We are here to assist with the setup, while you handle the technology during the conference.
We understand that good food and drink are essential to a successful conference – and often something many participants look forward to. That's why we offer a variety of options to choose from.
Before your meeting, you can pre-order snacks to be served in the meeting room, or opt for our buffet, which is set up in the conference lobby, just steps from the meeting rooms. We’d be happy to recommend the best options for your event.
If you're planning a conference dinner, we offer three seasonally-inspired menus, thoughtfully designed to provide a memorable conclusion to the day.
