We are looking for a dedicated Reception Manager!

Do you want to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic environment? We are now looking for a committed and service-oriented Reception Manager with strong leadership skills to join our team.

About the position:
As a Reception Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the daily work of the reception runs efficiently and that guests receive a world-class service. You will lead and coach the team, plan staffing, manage administrative tasks and continuously work to improve the service experience. You will be part of the hotel's management team and actively collaborate to develop the business. We are currently entering a new phase with a focus on digitalisation, which means an exciting development journey where your role will be crucial.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the front desk team to ensure high quality service and guest reception
  • Responsible for scheduling, staffing and daily operations of the reception
  • Continuously work to improve the customer experience and reception procedures
  • Handle any customer issues and queries professionally and efficiently
  • Liaise with other departments to create a consistent and positive experience for guests and customers
  • Managing guest comments

Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Good organisational skills and used to working in a structured way
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Have a drive to improve working methods and routines
  • See challenges and change as something positive
  • Good knowledge of a booking system
  • Good knowledge of the Office package
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the technology we use at the reception
  • Experience with Personalkollen and Opera is an advantage
