Service Manager for our reception

We are now looking for a responsible and solution-oriented Service Manager for our reception. In this role, you will lead and coach our team, ensure the highest level of service to our customers and contribute to a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the reception.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the reception team in collaboration with our Reception Manager.
  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and professional welcome
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and accurately
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth flows
  • Proactively manage and resolve customer queries and complaints
  • Assist our Reception Manager and help resolve sickness absence

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of customer service and leadership experience from the reception or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills and a positive leadership style
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and under time pressure
  • High attention to detail and service quality
  • Stress-resistant and ability to be solution-focused
  • Experience with reservation systems (PMS), Opera is an advantage
